Hi there! My name is Anika.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life having started dancing from a very young age & eventually completing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance at WAAPA. I found Pilates during my dance studies & my love for it has only grown since.

What guides & motivates me as an instructor is making movement enjoyable. I truly believe that exercises should be fun & something that you look forward to. At the same time, I love to challenge clients both physically & mentally, so you can be rest assured you’ll feel muscles you didnt know you had & walk out feeling stronger. Can’t wait to laugh & burn with you!

Hey I’m Ebony!

Wondering what to expect from my classes? Think challenging moves that leave you with the shakes, mixed with a focus on the breath & best paired with some funky disco tunes! I’m all about having a good time on the mat, finding a form of exercise that you truly enjoy and not taking things too seriously… plus getting a really good burn out of it! I like to finish my classes off with a few moments of mindfulness to drop back into your parasympathetic nervous system, feeling ready for the day ahead.

My aim is to bring a holistic approach to each class, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind and body. With an emphasis on developing length through controlled movements, I hope to guide you to achieve improved posture and alignment. My classes prioritise mental connection, helping students tune into their body’s signals and deepen their practice. By fostering aspects of mobility and stability, I aim to empower students to move with confidence and strength in their daily lives.

Hi I’m Josie!

I found my groove as a Pilates instructor two years ago as the perfect supplement to my Chiropractic studies. I am passionate about living well & am inspired by how moving the body can transform your mind and spirit. In my classes, expect a smooth blend of flowing movements aimed at invigorating the body and uplifting the spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered after every session!
