Our signature Mat Pilates class. Strengthen and sculpt the core, side body, arms and legs with mat Pilates combined with dynamic exercises, created to leave you with a satisfying burn. As we move through our movements, there will be opportunity to progress and use props for added resistance. Prepare to sweat!
