Here at new movement we offer a range of different classes within our fully equipped gym and studios. 75 Classes a week!

YOGA

deep yin
60 Minutes

Deep Yin is an opportunity to slow down and go deep within. The class is predominantly on the floor holding each posture for 2-5minutes. This class focuses on opening the connective tissue and releasing blockages throughout the body’s meridian lines. The support of bolsters and blocks assists to make this class a real opportunity to surrender. You will leave the class feeling more open and connected to both your body and breath.

HOT ENERGISING FLOW
60 Minutes

This class is a dynamic yoga flow class connecting breath and movement. The sequence creative giving you an opportunity to get lost in the movement. Each class builds so that you warm from the inside out. This class has a focus on building strength within your yoga practise. Get ready to sweat - you will leave feeling invigorated and energised!

HOT VINYASA SLOW FLOW
45 Minutes

Our Hot Vinyasa Slow Flow centres on personal growth. This classes balances freedom within structure and redefines individual limits. Connect mind and body through fusing deep breath with postures and fluid movement. This slower practice allow space for beginning level students to build confidence and familiarity within each posture, whilst more experienced students refine the fundamentals of their alignment. This class includes balances, deep core strengthening, floor work and guided relaxation.

HOT VINYASA POWER FLOW
45 or 60 Minutes

Feel the heat from the inside out. In this more advanced class, move through each pose a little faster and uncover abilities you didn’t know you had. Hot Vinyasa Power Flow has no set sequence, so each practice is unique. Synchronise breath and movement through a series of easy to more challenging poses. Feel your strength, flexibility and stamina improve, regardless of your level.

PILATES

PILATES HIIT (HOT / COLD)
45 Minutes

This full body sweat session is designed to leave you with an intense burn during and even after the class is completed. With the combo of mat Pilates and high intensity interval training (HIIT) we use body weight and props to create a serious burn. This class will improve your strength, balance and endurance. We will work through squats, lunges, planks, push ups and of course some jumping. This class hits. Every. Single. Muscle. As always, modifications are available for each movement.

hot rnb sculpt
45 Minutes

Let's finish your week with a class just focused on your favourite muscles. A mat Pilates style core and glute sculpt accompanied by our infrared heat and your top RnB hits. The perfect class to wrap up every Friday.

This class is suitable for all levels but get ready to burn.

PILATES POWER (HOT / COLD)
45 Minutes

Strengthen and sculpt the core, side body, arms and legs with mat Pilates combined with dynamic exercises, created to leave you with a satisfying burn. As we move through our movements, there will be opportunity to progress and use props for added resistance. Prepare to sweat!

Sculpt pilates (hot/cold)

A dynamic full body workout focusing on strength, control, endurance and body alignment. Throughout each class you will use your body weight and various props such as resistance bands, weights, sliders and Pilates ball, with a building intensity during each sequence - Get ready to sweat & sculpt!

hiit

HIIT (HOT / COLD)
45 Minutes

An interval-style, higher intensity class utilising the principles of Pilates to get the heart rate up, sweat it out and still burn out ALL your muscles. With 7 different exercises we work through lower body, upper body and the core, featuring resistance style training and bursts of cardio. HIIT will work muscle stamina leaving you filled with endorphins and ready to start your day. The class is complete with a small stretch and breath session.

burn (HOT / COLD)
45 Minutes

Burn utilises the foundations of Pilates to create a seamless and functional toning workout. This full body, high intensity class progresses through lower body, upper body and core, leaving ALL your muscles feeling like jelly. 1-2kg hand weights and other props are used to help challenge your muscles to the max. Burn aims to shape and strengthen your muscles whilst leaving you still with energy to go about your day. The class is suitable for all levels.

Hot pilates stretch
45 Minutes

Lengthen and stretch your way through a series of mat Pilates movements, as well as some yoga inspired flows. The pace of this class may be slow, but we are still working to improve flexibility and strength. This class will just be about you and your mat.

Flex-mobility
45 Minutes

Have you always wanted to be more flexible? This static and dynamic stretching class will help you improve your flexibility, mobility and core strength while helping you relax. Let the heat help you go further and deeper in your stretches with long hold poses inspired by yoga and sport-specific movements to improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. This class is also mix with breathing exercises to help you relax and lower stress in your body, improving focus and concentration.
