This full body sweat session is designed to leave you with an intense burn during and even after the class is completed. With the combo of mat Pilates and high intensity interval training (HIIT) we use body weight and props to create a serious burn. This class will improve your strength, balance and endurance. We will work through squats, lunges, planks, push ups and of course some jumping. This class hits. Every. Single. Muscle. As always, modifications are available for each movement.
