Deep Yin

What you will need
Towel and water.
Deep Yin is an opportunity to slow down and go deep within. The class is predominantly on the floor holding each posture for 2-5minutes. This class focuses on opening the connective tissue and releasing blockages throughout the body’s meridian lines. The support of bolsters and blocks assists to make this class a real opportunity to surrender. You will leave the class feeling more open and connected to both your body and breath. 60 minutes
Hot Vinyasa Slow Flow

What you will need

Our Hot Vinyasa Slow Flow centres on personal growth. The class balances freedom within structure and redefines individual limits. Connect mind and body through fusing deep breath with postures and fluid movement. The slower practice allows space for beginning level students to build confidence and familiarity within each posture, whilst more experienced students refine the fundamentals of their alignment. The class includes balances, deep core strengthening, floor work and guided relaxation.45 Minutes
Hot Vinyasa Power Flow

What you will need
Towel and water.
Feel the heat from the inside out. In this more advanced class, move through each pose a little faster and uncover abilities you didn’t know you had. Hot Vinyasa Power Flow has no set sequence, so each practice is unique. Synchronise breath and movement through a series of easy to more challenging poses. Feel your strength, flexibility and stamina improve, regardless of your level.45 or 60 minutes

Pilates

Our signature Mat Pilates class. Strengthen and sculpt the core, side body, arms and legs with mat Pilates combined with dynamic exercises, created to leave you with a satisfying burn. As we move through our movements, there will be opportunity to progress and use props for added resistance. Prepare to sweat! Some classes will be HOT (check Movement Studio timetable)45 minutes
Burn (Hot/cold)

What you will need

Burn utilises the foundations of Pilates to create a seamless functional toning workout. This high energy, high intensity & low impact class progresses through lower body, upper body and core, leaving ALL your muscles feeling like jelly. Props are used to help challenge your muscles to the max. Burn aims to shape and strengthen your muscles in a fun & casual way. The class is suitable for all levels. Sweat (Hot/cold)

What you will need
Towel, water and sneakers.
Your circuit-style Pilates HIIT class. Sweat is here to elevate your heart rate whilst still leaving you with an intense burn. This class will improve your strength, balance and endurance. We will work through squats, lunges, planks, push ups and of course some jumping. This class hits. Every. Single. Muscle. As always, modifications are available for each movement.45 minutes
Restore

This class is just about you and your mat. Restore is a calming, slow stretch class that will leave you feeling lengthened & refreshed. Release tension through your body & mind in this R&R class.45 minutes

Towel, water and sneakers.
Your OG sculpt & stretch class. A low impact & low intensity class focusing on slower movements to lengthen & stretch all of your muscles. Flow offers a simple and gentle burn through your muscles combined with longer periods of stretch. The perfect class for the days that you simply want to move your body & leave feeling energised.45 minutes
