MOvement Spa

Sauna bookings are 45 minutes long and are run every hour, please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you are late, you can still use the sauna in your allocated time however you will still need to be finished at the same time to allow staff to clean the sauna for the next session.

Casual sessions are non-refundable, we can re-schedule your appointment with 12 hours notice but not within 12 hours.

If you are on the Movement spa add-on membership, you will be charged a $20 dishonour fee if you do not turn up to your session or cancel within 12 hours of your booking.

Movement Spa add-on memberships are on a flexi membership contract following our New Movement Membership Agreement and are only available to members who are signed up to a 24.7 Membership or Full Access Membership.

Movement Spa add-on memberships give you unlimited bookings to our saunas with a 6 hour booking freeze between bookings.

Please remove any fake tan before entering the Sauna.

If you are coming from the gym or a training session, please shower before entering the sauna. 

Clothing is mandatory, we recommend bathers/active wear.

Towels are mandatory, for the seats and the floor.

You MUST NOT pour water on yourself inside the sauna, this will damage the sauna panels and the infrared panels.

No minor under 16 is permitted in a sauna or movement spa area, due to strict insurance requirements, this includes with parental supervision.

Avoid infrared saunas, should you be/are using/have had: during severe cold or flu, pregnant, breastfeeding, heart attack, hemophilia, drug/steroids, dermatitis, brain tumours. People suffering from obesity or with a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems or diabetes should consult a doctor prior to using the sauna.

I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury or death in using an infrared sauna and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against New Movement or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

The Movement Spa is under 24.7 surveillance, by signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you will be under video surveillance whilst in or around the facility. Security cameras are located within the Movement Spa to ensure member and staff safety and security purposes, this footage will be stored and used as evidence in the event of any breach or misconduct outlined in this Agreement or an external security breach. Cameras will not be inside the individual saunas cubical or shower room, only in the entrances and walk ways.

If any of the New Movement Terms and Conditions or Movement Spa Terms and Conditions are broken, then you could be fined up to $500 in damages and not allowed back.

By reading this agreement or booking a session at the Movement Spa you understand and accept all the above Terms and Conditions and our New Movement Terms and Conditions.
