This Privacy Policy applies to the services provided by Legacy Fitness & Performance Pty Ltd Trading as New Movement (“New Movement Fitness & Well-Being Hub”). New Movement protects the use of all information collected from you, either from our website, mail campaigns, promotions or at reception. New Movement is committed to protecting your privacy and all personal information by complying with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

New Movement collects personal information, when applicable, from you or from authorised third parties. The types of personal information collected may vary and may include;

Collecting Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is a subset of personal information and refers to the information a member has disclosed to New Movement about their physical and mental health, and well-being.
Sensitive information will only ever be used when providing services to members. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required.
Use of Personal Information
New Movement may use your personal information (including sensitive information) for the following primary purposes;
- To render membership agreements and services to members and non-members;
- For marketing and promotional purposes;
- To offer information about products and services to members and non-members;
- Internal record keeping;
- To record data for marketing analytics and reports;
- Member weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI’s and business purposes;
- To improve our services;
- For member promotions and surveys;
- To provide feedback;

- For any other purposes that could be reasonably expected by New Movement;
- So New Movement can comply with its lawful obligations.
Cookies
New Movement and other third-party companies use cookies to be able to collect technical data so we can analyse web traffic. This can include data on who is using our website and what pages are most popular, as well as which marketing campaigns are working best at directing traffic to our website. New Movement also uses services from Google for website analytics to help the website analyse its performance. Accepting any cookies does not give us access to your computer.

If you have previously agreed to New Movement using your personal information for direct marketing or promotions, you can email us at sayhey@newmovementperth.com.au to change your mind at any stage. You also have the right to review, amend or delete any personal information you may have disclosed to us. Furthermore, if you are signed up to our online member portal you will be able to access all your personal information by signing in on our website or app. New Movement may refuse a request to remove, disclose or change any personal information if it could result in a threat to pose a risk to life, health and safety, impact others privacy, would be unlawful or breaches any requirements by law or legal proceedings.
Security
New Movement will keep all personal information stored on secure servers/ hardware or in locked areas for hard copies. New Movement uses third party cloud-based companies to store members personal information, you should read their Privacy
Policies before disclosing any information to them.
