Movement will always be a huge part of who I am, and something that I am very passionate about. Being an instructor has always been a vision and a given that I would become. Encouraging people, and to live a life full of movement and wellness will forever be a top priority of mine. The cherry on top is that I now get to share this passion with others and see them find that fire of their own to live well. In each of my classes you can expect to leave with a burn, some more spicy than others!


I teach three classes – Pilates HIIT, Pilates Power and Pilates Flow. As we move through our movements, there will be opportunity to progress and use props for added resistance. At the same time modifications will always be available. Pilates is something you can do for life. It is dynamic movements, which leave you with an intense burn and work muscles you never knew you had! This is what I bring onto the mat. Everyone can do Pilates, I can’t wait to see you in class!

I discovered Pilates about 7 years ago shortly after I started practising yoga and instantly became obsessed! Coming from a dancing background, I was super excited to have found a dynamic low impact fitness system that was fun, challenging and rewarding in so many ways. I loved how Pilates was available to all fitness levels and abilities, and these factors led me to become a qualified Cert IV Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. I love how amazing I feel after I move my body, not only mentally but physically, and I can’t wait to share my passion for movement with you all!

 

My class styles are Hot Flow Pilates & Hot Dynamic Sculpt, influenced from yoga and the original Pilates repertoire with a contemporary twist. My classes flow and have building intensity with progression and regression options, making them challenging yet suitable for everyone. During each class we will practice strength, control, correct technique and alignment, with a focus on mind-body synergy – connecting the mind, body and breath through movement.

I’m Nina and i’m so passionate about all things movement. With over 10 years dance experience, fitness and well-being has always been a huge part of my life! I’m Pilates Barre qualified and have a Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness that go hand in hand.
It makes me so happy to help others find their love for movement, showing that all ages and levels are capable of feeling better, even after just one class! Seeing clients progress and achieve small goals is the highlight of teaching for me and never gets old.


I will be teaching ‘Boutique Functional Fitness,’ a brand new method I’ve created that fuses some of my favourite elements: music, HIIT and resistance training. This dynamic class will help strengthen and tone muscles you never knew you had! All choreographed meticulously to music to motivate and inspire you throughout. Alongside this I’ll be taking an interval style HIIT class and a stretch and release to soothe those sore muscles.


I hope my clients see improvements in their functionality, coordination and physique and fall in love with the process of developing a better sense of self. Can’t wait to meet you all!

I am an ex dancer of 20 years. I have been practising yoga and pilates for over 10 years and teaching for 5. I completed my 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in Perth 2016 and then my 300 hour advanced vinyasa teacher training in India 2018. I am also Stott Matwork and Reformer trained. I think I have taught something close to 3000 classes eeeek!


Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I knew early on that I would teach and I can’t imagine the day I won’t. I love being able to share what I know and connect with so many amazing people along the way. I’m very grateful to be able to teach what I love


My classes are dynamic and the dancer in me flows through my sequencing, I like to be challenged and I like to challenge others (in a mindful way of course).
I hope my client’s feel more connected to their bodies and hearts after my class. And really more than anything I hope they feel lighter and brighter than when they arrived.

I come from an intense sporting background, competing in high level Soccer. I now just love being active as a means to stay healthy and grounded, and wish to support others in their own journey of well-being. I teach yoga in a way that will strengthen and empower your body, support you in becoming more present in the moment, and leave you feeling centred. I teach a spicy vinyasa flow, creating a deep burn and release in your muscles. I also teach a recovery class where you can expect more long stretches, designed to help you recover and feel ready to take on your day. I can’t wait to see you on the mat.

I’m Yas! I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years now. My first class was in a small, heated room above a coffee shop. It was one of the hardest and most rewarding hours I had spent. Although I am new teaching my love for guiding and helping others has always been apparent. I believe that your yoga teacher has an incredibly important role in helping you fall in love with your breath, movement and the power you have over your mind and body. That’s why I started my journey with teaching yoga- to allow people to sweat, breathe and challenge themselves with absolutely no judgment. I will be guiding you through your slow and vinyasa hot flows. Practicing alongside me I hope you will find how strong and able your mind and body really are.

I’m Caitlin! I’m one of the fitness jungle coaches here at new movement!

I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now and have worked in many different fields with lots of different clients. I have always been a big advocate for living a healthy and active lifestyle, but also a big believer in still enjoying life and having balance. I love being a coach as I get to meet new people every day and help them in the journey of becoming the best version of themselves! I hope that people gain a lot of knowledge from my classes and feel more comfortable and confident each time they come in, but mainly to have fun, smile, and laugh as that’s what it’s all about! I look forward to seeing you all in the classes!!

Being involved with competitive sports from a young age sparked my interest in the health and fitness industry. When I started bodybuilding in 2016, I fell in love with the process of working out and watching myself grow both physically and mentally. As a female in the fitness industry, I too have had my struggles with healthy eating habits and positive body image, which has only further fuelled my passion to educate and empower others.

Utilising both education and experience, means I love doing the research but can also apply the skills, help you do the hard work and stay consistent to achieve your results.

My goal is to Educate, Impact and Empower my clients to be the best version of themselves possible, inside and out.

I’m Court! One of the Personal Trainers, Crèche and Admin staff here at New Movement! A bit of an all-rounder really. Some say I’m like a cup of coffee.. grounded, you can’t live without me and I simply understand! (No one said that) also, my order is an Almond Latte.

 

I grew up playing a variety of sports and Netball seemed to stick. It’s been about 16 years now! So 4 years ago I became a PT with my background in sport in mind, and have recently added Pilates Instructor to the list also. 

 

My focus is predominately women’s lifestyle training and ensuring a sustainable lifestyle where you really can enjoy your life while achieving your fitness goals. From my experience I feel that PT and Pilates kind of go hand in hand!

Howdy

I’m Jack, mad sports nut with a passion for keeping active! I’ve worked in all facets of the fitness industry from one-on-one training, to group classes, sporting teams and most recently running the fitness side of a resort in Indonesia.

 

My passion for fitness runs deep through my family and has always been embedded in me from a young age. I really love helping people thrive in their fitness journey and progress towards their goals, and doing this gives me so much satisfaction.

 

I’d like to think my style of coaching can suit everyone, but at times you’ll hate me… but then you’ll love me. Technique is something I don’t take lightly, and will always do my best to help you correct your technique right away. At New Movement I’ll be on the floor running your Group Fitness sessions in the FITNESS JUNGLE

 

I hope to become not just a coach to my clients but that person where no question is off bounds. My hope is to see my clients gain strength, confidence and a passion for the gym that I have.

I’m EK, personal trainer and massage therapist here at New Movement.
I am all about training hard but also training smart.
After being coached by multiple different fitness professionals, competing in ICN 2018 Bikini comp and through personal experience over the years trialing new training methods, I have formulated programs which keep the heart rate high but cardio low. All programs are created for your individual needs and based on your past gym experiences.


As a qualified massage therapist, I’m not only here to break your muscles back down and build them back up but can help them recover too. Did I mention all clients get special massage prices too?

Hi everyone

I’m Michelle, the owner of MJ fitness and nutrition.
I help women feel happy and confident in their bodies 

 

Growing up I was always an energetic child and loved all kinds of sports but in my 20’s I lost my way a bit. I wasn’t exercising and was eating a lot of processed foods. I started to gain weight and felt very insecure in myself. I hated how I looked and decided to do something about it.

 

I signed up to a coach in 2016 and that started my love for weight training. Since then, I have done 4 IFBB and WBFF shows where I placed 1st and 2nd in 3 of these shows. 
I decided to change my career from a kindy teacher to fitness coach in 2018 so I could help other people feel as good I do. 
I am currently studying a woman’s health course and I run a few challenges a year.

 

Remember I was once a beginner too so I’m always happy to help if you have any questions.
