Crèche packages are available as a membership add-on for parents. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-11am, Saturday 7am-10am.

Fitness Jungle

Explore 44 weekly classes in our fitness jungle, featuring lift classes, strength & conditioning, and HIIT. Our well-equipped facility includes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, Concept 2 rowers, ski ergs, ropes, sleds, and more.

Free Weights

Pull up a bench and pump some iron in our Official Hammer Strength Training Centre.

Ice Bath

Our Movement Spa has a true ice bath that can be cooled all the way to ZERO degrees and is Ozone & UV filtered for complete sanitation & clear water.

Infrared Saunas

Feel immediately relaxed and unwind in our Movement Spa. 4 Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna are available with red light, aromatherapy and Bluetooth, the perfect space for you to relax, restore, recover and rejuvenate.

Weightlifting

6 weight lifting platforms in our seperate lifting area, fetauring comp equipment and specialty bars.
